Sick Visit
A quick visit to assess new symptoms, such as fever, cough or rash in our office
Sports Physicals
Cardiorespiratory and musculoskeletal assessment and forms completion for participation in youth sports
School Physical
Basic examination, vital signs, measurements, vision screen, hearing screen and standard school forms completion
Ear Piercing
Ear piercing using the Blomdahl medical piercing system, which uses sterile equipment and medical grade plastic studs to reduce risk
Comprehensive Well Child Visit
Everything included in the Simple School Physical plus additional discussion of nutrition, exercise, sleep, safety, and hygiene, as well as any additional concerns.

If your child has a medical condition for which you’ve been seeking but have not yet found answers, we will happily see you to take a thorough history, perform our own assessment, and review relevant records in order to offer a new perspective on the situation
