With our Core Membership, you’ll enjoy unlimited visits, 24/7 access to your pediatrician, and even in-home care. Think of it as a VIP pass to your child’s healthcare, complete with same-day appointments and telemedicine visits. Plus, you’ll get exclusive discounts on services like ear piercings. It’s like having a personal pediatrician on call, 24/7.
- Core membership includes unlimited unhurried well-child and acute care visits, same-day or next-day availability, telemedicine visits, and 24/7 access to your pediatrician via talk, text or email. Two in-home visits per year are included, along with a 50% discount on additional services such as ear piercings.
- Membership prices are tiered by age as follows:
- Infants/toddlers (0 months through 24 months): $175/month
- Children (2 years through 11 years): $135/month
- Teens/young adults (12 years through 21 years): $75/month
- A $150 one-time enrollment fee applies per family which includes a telehealth kit that contains a Wi-Fi enabled ear/throat camera, pulse oximeter (to check oxygen levels), digital thermometer, and strep tests (for children age 3 and older). After enrollment, your membership is billed monthly. However, for those that choose to pre-pay annually, a 5% discount will apply.
- Families with multiple children can rest assured that their large family will benefit from discounted rates, as the maximum rate for a family with 3 children is $300, with a $50 per child rate for additional children.
